Session Expired

Data Entry Issues

Cannot Submit Form

Symptoms: Submit button is disabled or submission fails Solutions:
  1. Check for validation errors (highlighted fields)

Cannot Edit Submitted Data

Export Stuck in Pending

Export Download Fails
