Site Status Lifecycle
Sites progress through defined states:| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Site is registered but not yet approved |
| Active | Site is approved and setting up |
| Enrolling | Site is actively enrolling participants |
| None Enrolled | Site is active but has no enrolled participants |
| Rejected | Site registration was rejected |
| Deactivated | Site is no longer participating |
Site Onboarding Methods
Self-Registration
Sites discover and register for your study independently:- Study team enables self-registration with a PIN code
- Sites access the registration page and enter the PIN
- Sites complete capability/feasibility surveys
- Study team reviews and approves or rejects
- Approved sites proceed with onboarding workflows
Manual Registration
Study team creates sites directly:- Study team adds site with basic information
- Site personnel are invited directly
- Onboarding workflows are assigned as needed
