### Missing Study or Site Access

**Symptoms**: Cannot see a study or site you should have access to

**Solutions**:

1. Verify you've accepted the invitation
2. Check with your administrator about role assignment
3. Ensure you're in the correct organization
4. Try refreshing the page

### Session Expired

**Symptoms**: Logged out unexpectedly

**Solutions**:

* Sessions expire after inactivity for security
* Log back in to continue
* Save work frequently to avoid data loss

## Data Entry Issues

### Cannot Submit Form

**Symptoms**: Submit button is disabled or submission fails

**Solutions**:

1. Check for validation errors (highlighted fields)
2. Complete all required fields
3. Review any error messages
4. Ensure values are within valid ranges
5. Save and try again

### Cannot Edit Submitted Data

## Export Issues

### Export Stuck in Pending

### Export Download Fails

**Symptoms**: Cannot download completed export

**Solutions**:
